We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He died upon the cross, the just for the unjust, as a substitutionary sacrifice for all sinners. We believe that anyone who believes in him are forgiven of all their sins, once and for all time.
We believe he was raised from the dead according to the Scriptures, and is now seated at the right hand of God where he now rules and reigns.
We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, are inerrant, verbally inspired by God and are a complete revelation of His will for the salvation of all people.
We believe the Bible is our final authority and is sufficient for believers to life a life worthy of their calling.
We believe all people are created in the image and likeness of God with dignity and worth. By choice and nature, all people are universally sinful and have therefore been separated from God.
We believe that we are utterly incapable of saving ourselves, and that it is only through the atoning work of Jesus that we can be saved.
We believe that men and women are justified by the grace of God received by faith alone in Jesus.
The work of the Holy Spirit is essential in our salvation. He enables the sinner to repent and put their faith in Jesus, so that salvation is entirely of God’s grace and not of human effort or works.
We believe the Spirit is a person, not an impersonal force. He is the third person of the Trinity, sent to convict people of sin, righteousness and judgement.
He regenerates, indwells, guides, sanctifies, teaches, illuminates, imparts spiritual gifts and empowers the believer for service.
We believe that the church consists all those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, who have been redeemed and born again of the Holy Spirit.
Christ is the Head of the body, the Church, which has been commissioned by Him to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the Gospel to all nations.
The local church is a body of believers in Christ who are joined together for the worship of God, for edification through the Word of God, for prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the Gospel, and observance of the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will come again to judge the living and the dead. All people will stand before him and hear his declaration of their eternal destiny based on their personal response to God’s offer of salvation.
His second coming is imminent and will be personal and visible. This vital truth is an incentive to holy living and faithful service toward the completion of Christ's commission.
